The famous department store that stretches along one side of Red Square for some 242 meters GUM is a popular place with tourists.
About
GUM is the name of the main department store in many cities of the former Soviet Union. GUM department store was built in 1893, before the Communist revolution you can notice it in the architecture of the building. By 1917, the GUM department store contained more than 1200 shops!
