The Sydney Opera House is a performing arts centre in Sydney, Australia. It was designed by a Danish architect, Jorn Utzon. The building was opened on 20 October 1973.

ABOUT

The Sydney Opera House is Australia's most recognisable building and  an icon of Australia's creativity. The facility features a modern  design  with a series of large spheres that mesure 75.2 metres. These spheres form the roofs of the structure. The building covers 4.4 acres of land and is 600 ft long and 394 ft wide. Several showings include, "Pennsylvaia Avenue," "Tiny Ruins,"  and "Vitesste," an Australian ballet. Tours the site are available in more then 7 languages.
